Brief Profile

AGRADUATE in Economics from Monash University, Chris Lang is also a Valuer, Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer.

As as a child, Chris was blessed to survive a debilitating physical disease. He then discovered what it takes to overcome such a setback, and go on to excel in A-grade sport.

Since the mid-1970s, he has been a regular keynote speaker at a wide range of business conferences and seminars around Australia.

And it is from here (and his various websites) that most high-income and high net-worth Clients have sought his guidance in acquiring Commercial property.

Chris is also the author (or co-author) of 6 sell-out books on Property; plus one for students, which he co-authored with one of his 4 children (daughter Binny) entitled: “Your Future Success”.

His latest (with Martin Roth) … How Investing in Commercial Property Really Works sold so well, that it went straight into its 2nd Edition — and since then, a further reprint.

As well, Chris has created and published several detailed home-study courses including … “Mastering Commercial Property” and “Negotiating Secrets Revealed”. And he is also founder and CEO of the Commercial Property Investor LAB.

Being the third generation in real estate, Chris followed in the footsteps of his grandfather, Gideon (who started Gardner & Lang in 1913) and his father, Deon.

However, Chris’ unique understanding of Commercial property (and how it works) has allowed him to change forever, the way people now invest in real estate.

Therefore, you’ll find him a strategic thinker and top negotiator.

In May 2005, Chris sold his business to GrayJohnson — running their Acquisition Division until June 2009 … while ‘bedding down’ all his property management clients.

Today, Chris operates under the Property Edge Australia banner.

He founded the firm to allow him to continue as the nation’s leading personal Coach and Mentor — for Commercial investors all around Australia, and from overseas.

Interestingly, other major Commercial agencies within Australia are now seeking him out … to help implement those ‘patented’ Web Marketing strategies Chris has developed and refined since the mid-1990s.
